Kennebunk Village Townhomes are year-round residential townhomes in beautiful Kennebunk, Maine. Each unit is approximately 1,000 square feet of finished space with 2 bedrooms,& 1.5 baths. In addition to that is the lower level which is a drive-under 1 car garage with an adjacent washer and dryer hookup (electric washer and dryer not included.) Each also has it's own private driveway suitable for 1 additional car. All come equipped with a contemporary stainless stove, refrigerator and dishwasher. Also included is beautiful quality cabinetry, luxury vinyl plank floors in the living areas and bathrooms as well as carpeting in the bedrooms and stairs. Each unit also has it's own deck made of beautiful composite decking.

Rent ranges from $2,450-$2,600/month, Lease terms are 1 year at a time. Security deposit due at lease signing equal to the amount of one-month's rent, first month's rent due at move-in at beginning of lease term.

These homes have been very well newly constructed in 2023. In addition to R21 insulation in walls and insulated areas, we have added additional R49 cellulose insulation in the attic to provide high insulation value and energy efficiency. Each unit is heated and cooled using high-efficiency Mitsubishi mini-splits (heat pumps). These heating and cooling units are run on electricity which is provided by cost-efficient Kennebunk Light and Power. This all will provide very cost-effective heating and cooling, all with one simple electric bill-no oil or propane to buy!

• All our townhomes are 100%  non-smoking. 

• We have some pet friendly units!  Pets will be permitted upon approval, please inquire.

• These units are for residential year-round use only. No subletting or short-term rental allowed. Home businesses are not permitted. Of course working from home is permitted as longs as there is no manufacturing or outside traffic and clients for business on the property.

Kennebunk Village Townhomes are located on the private way of Village Way in Kennebunk, Maine. These units are conveniently located right off of Day Street and provide all of the convenience of in-town living while still being located in a quiet neighborhood very close to (but not directly on) route 1 in Kennebunk. 

We are a short easy walk to favorites such as Smoke BBQ, Squaretoes, Duffy's, Garden Street Bowl, 50 Local, Cherie's, The Blue Coffee Shop, New Morning Natural Foods, Waterhouse Center and more! 

We are also conveniently located with easy access to the Maine Turnpike via the Kennebunk exit (if heading north) or the Wells exit (if heading south.)
